Jessie Icao Solicitors is a trusted law practice that advises the community on various legal matters. Mr. Jessie Icao, the principal of the firm, has been in practice for over 30 years. The firm assists clients in all aspects of immigration, including appeals to the Court and Tribunal, and their immigration services extend to clients domestically and overseas.
Our firm is familiar with property matters, estate proceedings, financial settlement, parenting issues, and family provision claims. We can represent on all litigation matters as we have experience appearing in all types of court work.

Our Legal Services
Immigration
As Australian immigration law is complex and evolving, we make sure that our clients are well advised on the right criteria for a particular visa they require. Our team of lawyers who also speak the different local dialects of the Philippines will make sure that applications are filed with good prospect of success. We have long years of experience in assisting various visa types such as skilled migration, employer sponsorship, visitor and student visas, carer and parent visa, partner and child visas, among others with high rate of success. Mr. Jessie Icao who has long years of immigration practice regularly appears before the Tribunal and the Court. We instruct specialist barristers if required on matters before the superior Court. We provide pro bono legal service to deserving clients. For example, we have regular clients who are victims of domestic violence on partner visa. We guide clients on documents required especially on non-judicial claim of family violence. We assist old and financially handicap carer sponsor who prefer to have a relative care for them at home rather than in a nursing facility due to language and cultural difficulty.

Wills and Estate
Do you know that having a will is important to make sure that your beneficiary receives the estate in accordance with the will. We draft last will and testament at reasonable cost and we can assist executor in probate of will after the demise of the testator. We have a solicitor who can take instruction at home especially those clients with mobility problem. We can assist the estate of a deceased who died without a will and we make sure that the closest kin of the deceased will get their fair share of the estate. We can act on Family Provision claim where an eligible person is left in the will without any provision for support and maintenance.
